IMPACT to Influence workshops are not another “rah-rah-rah, let’s go get ‘em workshop” that fills your staff up for the day but leaves them without an action plan going into the year.
IMPACT to Influence Workshops are highly interactive workshops that facilitate the creation of IMPACT Blueprints for each staff’s classroom culture. Strategies from the IMPACT Method support your staff in their actions and words to develop and foster a positive culture shift. Implementing the IMPACT strategies consistently will nurture a thriving culture throughout the year. When things get tough, as they always do, the Blueprint will serve as a roadmap to find the desired solutions.

What makes IMPACT to Influence Workshops different from the rest?
Ann Vote does not deliver cookie-cutter presentations. Prior to the workshop, Ann will lead you, the building administrators and/or the leadership team, through an interactive investigation into the culture you want to create for your building/district. During a 1 hour conversation, she will listen to you share your needs, your vision for your building, and your dream culture.
Integrating your vision into her presentation, she will come prepared with examples, strategies and action steps that pair with the culture you seek. Your staff will walk away inspired and equipped with the blueprint to make your school vision and their own classroom vision a reality. With easy-to-implement strategies and a new found passion for the impact they can make, your staff will start the year with a fresh, clean slate and confidence in their classroom and school culture. You will have your customized IMPACT Blueprint to access as challenges arise and to continue to nurture your thriving culture all year long.
